Hearing God's Voice

Have you learned to listen to the voice of Jesus, the Good Shepherd?

It is the birthright of every follower of Jesus to be directed through life in a supernatural way by God Himself. It isn’t for a select few, like pastors and missionaries, but God desires a conversational relationship with each of His children that allows Him the opportunity to guide us through life. In John 10:27 Jesus says, "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them and they follow Me." Jesus speaks of a relational familiarity where His followers know His voice so well, they will not follow the voice of another. It is a deep experience of love, joy and confident trust in the King of kings.

In the context of a group coaching experience you learn the following:

How to position your heart to hear from God
How to discern God’s voice from all other voices
How to recognize all the ways God speaks to you, through His Word, prayer, dreams and prophetic words
How to build trust that what you are hearing is actually from God
How to apply the 3-step process of hearing God: revelation, interpretation, and application
The role of obedience as an act of worship

Pastor Bruce leads two 90-minute group meetings per month where you are guided through practical exercises that help build the foundation for hearing God’s voice in all its expressions. While mastery of the discipline takes time, most find they begin to hear very quickly. Daily practice is encouraged and greatly enhances both discernment and confidence in your ability to hear God speak in a variety of life settings.
